Vision & Mission
Our vision is to foster a global ecosystem of Mindful Peace culture by sharing the wisdom of Buddhism and the aesthetics of Chan-Inspired living.
Through this work, we aim to support modern individuals in overcoming confusion, afflictions, and various psychological challenges, enabling them to experience inner calm, harmony, awakening, and ease.
We hope that as inner peace and ease arise within individuals, peace and stability can be realized in the world at large.

Origins and Development
Mindful Peace International (MPI) is honored to have received the trust of Venerable Master Jiqun—a contemporary distinguished figure in Chinese Buddhism, the 10th-generation successor of the Weiyang lineage, and the 45th-generation successor of the Linji lineage of Chinese Chan Buddhism. With over more than thirty years of exploring modern approaches to the education of Chinese Buddhism, Master Jiqun has developed a comprehensive Buddhist curriculum, which he has generously entrusted to Mindful Peace International to share with people around the world. We have respectfully invited Master Jiqun to be the guiding teacher of MPI, offering profound guidance on the promotion of Mindful Peace culture and on the organization’s overall development.

Mindful Peace Academy (MPA), founded by Mindful Peace International (MPI), is a brand dedicated to the culture of life-awakening. Mindful Peace Academy is also the physical space that embodies Chan-Inspired living, currently being established across the globe.
Mindful Peace Academy is the core component of MPI’s global Mindful Peace ecosystem. Its core product is a free, nonprofit course composed of two parts: guided cultivation and public service.
